Bridge Division Phil Brand 501-569-2361 The Bridge Division designs and prepares plans for all structures on the State Highway System. Responsibilities include plans for water crossings, interchanges, highway bridges, pedestrian crossovers, and underpasses. All public bridges are inventoried and load analyses performed. |
