TURN IN YOUR DISKETTE or CD CONTAINING YOUR .EBS FILE(s) ALONG WITH YOUR ENTIRE PROPOSAL BOOKLET.  STAPLE THE .EBS PRINTOUT ONTO THE FIRST PAGE OF THE PROPOSAL SCHEDULE OF ITEMS IN YOUR BOOKLET.
