Chief Counsel Robert Wilson 501-569-2112 The Chief Counsel advises the Commission, the
Director and others in the Department on legal matters. Other
responsibilities include litigation and supervision of the Legal
Division. Legal Division This Division provides legal opinions to AHTD's divisions and districts. Titles to lands purchased through negotiation by the State Highway Commission are examined and approved. Claims against AHTD before the State Claims Commission or Worker's Compensation Commission, writs of garnishment, and other legal documents are also processed.
