Characteristics of Work
Under the supervision of the Division Head or District Engineer, this position is responsible for performing clerical functions and providing administrative information in the management and support of Division or District operations.

The Department may require employees to perform functions beyond those contained in job descriptions. The Department may modify job descriptions based on Department needs. Minimum Requirements
The educational equivalent to a high school
diploma. Demonstrated typing
ability. Knowledge and experience in office procedures. Thorough
familiarity with the operation of personal computers and working knowledge of
Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Departmental policies and
procedures, and ability to operate various types of office equipment.

required to determine suitability of employment, and failure to meet these
standards may cause the applicant to be rejected or terminated from that
position.
