Improvements to I-440 Bridge Scheduled

LITTLE ROCK (6-7) Routine repairs to the Interstate 440 Arkansas River bridge will necessitate lane closures over the next two weeks, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

Crews will be doing repairs in the westbound inside lane.  The repairs will necessitate the following lane closures, weather permitting.

Monday, June 10 – Thursday, June 20 - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The I-440 westbound inside lane of the Interstate 440 bridge will be closed Monday through Thursday for two weeks.

 

As always, motorists are urged to “Think Ahead”, “Buckle Up” and exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
