LITTLE ROCK (7-5) 

Routine repairs to the Interstate 440 Arkansas River bridge will necessitate lane closures over the next two weeks, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     Crews will be doing repairs in the westbound inside lane.  The repairs will require the following lane closures, weather permitting.

           Monday, July 8 – Thursday, July 11

                         and

Monday, July 15 – Thursday, July 18

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.            The I-440 westbound inside lane of the Interstate 440 bridge will be closed Monday through Thursday for two weeks.

      As always, motorists are urged to “Think Ahead”, “Buckle Up” and exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
