AHTD To Hold Public Involvement Session In Paris

LITTLE ROCK (10-15) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session in Paris to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 309, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Thursday, October 24, 2002, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Paris First United Methodist Church,  205 North Elm Street, in Paris.    

     The meeting will focus on plans for improving Highway 309 from Paris southeastward to the National Forest boundary.

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
