AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN SEDGWICK


LITTLE ROCK (10-28) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session in Sedgwick to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 63, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2002, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sedgwick Community Center,  130 Maple Street in Sedgwick.    

     The meeting will focus on plans to widen Highway 63 to four lanes from the Craighead County line to the Walnut Ridge/Hoxie bypass.   

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
