AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN FARMINGTON

LITTLE ROCK (10-30) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session in Farmington to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 62, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Thursday, November 14, 2002, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Farmington Senior Center,  340 West Main Street in Farmington.    

     The meeting will focus on plans to widen Highway 62 to four lanes from Farmington to the Illinois River.   

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
