Notice to Media

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public hearing in Paragould to discuss proposed improvements to Highway 412, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed widening of Highway 412 from two to four lanes from Highway 141 eastward to Paragould.      

     The hearing will be held Thursday, November 21, 2002, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Crowley’s Ridge College, in the Administration Building, Room 104 (South Entrance).    

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
