The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Clarksville to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 103, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Thursday, April 17, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Clarksville Municipal Building, 205 Walnut, in Clarksville.      

     Future plans call for widening Highway 103 (S. Rogers) in Clarksville to three lanes, from Highway 123 northward to Highway 64. 

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
