AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN HOT SPRINGS

LITTLE ROCK (4-22) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Hot Springs to discuss plans for improvements to Higden Ferry Road , according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Thursday, April 24, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Central Fire Station, 310 Broadway, in Hot Springs.      

     Plans call for widening the entire length of Higden Ferry Road to five lanes.   

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
