AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN ICO LITTLE ROCK (5-9)
The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a
Public Involvement Session in Ico to discuss plans for Highway 167, according to
AHTD Director Dan Flowers.
The informal session will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2003,
from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Marlow Missionary Baptist Church Activity
Center, 149 Grant #48, in Ico.
Plans call for widening seven miles of Highway 167 to four lanes with a
painted median, extending from the community of Ico southward.
This job is one of several that will eventually make Highway 167
four lanes from the Pulaski County line southward to Sheridan.
The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view
displays, ask questions and offer comments.
