LITTLE ROCK (6-13) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Winchester to discuss proposed plans for improvements to Highway 65, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Winchester City Hall Building, 5241 Highway 138 West, in Winchester.

     The proposed improvements will convert Highway 65 into a four lane, divided highway from Winchester southward to Tillar.   

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
