MAINTENANCE SCHEDULED FOR HIGHWAY 64 BRIDGE IN FORT SMITH


LITTLE ROCK (6-20) 

Crews working on the Highway 64 Bridge (Garrison Ave.) over the Arkansas River in Fort Smith will require lane closures for the next two weeks, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.

Crews will be doing routine maintenance that will require the following lane closures, weather permitting:

 June 23 – July 3, 2003            Monday - Thursday each week

8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.                            One westbound lane will be closed where crews are present.

 

As always, motorists are urged to “Think Ahead,” “Buckle Up” and exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
