AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN GILMORE


LITTLE ROCK (8-8) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Hearing in Gilmore to discuss proposed plans for a new interchange, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The hearing will be held Thursday, August 14, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Gilmore Community Center, 87 Front Street, in Gilmore.

     Plans call for a new interchange at Highway 63 and Minasha Road in Gilmore, including frontage roads extending from Interstate 55 to the new interchange.

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
