LITTLE ROCK (10-21) 

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Sulphur Springs to discuss proposed plans for improvements to bridges on Highway 59, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

     The informal session will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at  Sulphur Springs City Hall, 105 N. Highway 59, in Sulphur Springs.

     Plans call for replacing three bridges on Highway 59 between the Missouri state line and Sulphur Springs.

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
