CITY OF SHERWOOD & AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN SHERWOOD

LITTLE ROCK (11-7) 

     The City of Sherwood, in conjunction with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD), will hold a Public Involvement Session in Sherwood to discuss proposed plans for improvements to Brockington Road.

     The informal session will be held Thursday, November 20, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene, 9860 Brockington Road, in Sherwood.

     Plans call for widening Brockington Road to four lanes extending from Highway 176 northward to Highway 107.

     Staff from the City of Sherwood, their consultants and staff from AHTD Right of Way Division will be

 on hand.  The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions 

and offer comments
