     In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission.  Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Monday, December 15, 2003

12:00 noon                Members of the Commission will attend a press conference featuring U. S. Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta and Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. The event will be held atop the Baseline Road overpass under construction on I-30 in front of the AHTD Central Office Building. Transportation to the event site will be provided from the AHTD Central Office Building. In case of bad weather, the event will be held at the AHTD Central Shops Complex, 11302 West Baseline Road (approximately one mile west of the AHTD Central Office Building).
