 10:30 a.m.                 Opening bids on 19 projects totaling approximately $60 million.

 1:30 p.m.                    Meeting with delegates on improvements to Highways 1, 54 and 65 in southeast Arkansas.

 2:00 p.m.                    Opening bids on 17 projects totaling approximately $50 million.
