The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Marshall to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 65, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

    The informal session will be held Thursday, August 12, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church, on School Street in Marshall.

     Plans call for adding two sections of passing lanes on Highway 65, west of the city of Marshall.       

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
