existing traffic signals at the intersections of Highway 71B and Oak, Olrich,
Poplar, 8th, 13th and Dixieland.
The contractor will begin overlay operations the night of Monday, August
16, 2004, at Banz Road and proceed to Dixieland Road, paving the northbound

in both directions throughout the improvements.
The lane being paved will be the only lane closed during construction
hours. All lanes will remain open
during the day.
The estimated completion date for this project is late August.
Adjustment of the times of any announced work may become necessary due to
weather or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists
are reminded to stay alert, avoid distractions and follow all signs and speed
