AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION 

AT THE BRUSH CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH

LITTLE ROCK (8-26)   

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Springdale to discuss revising the plans for the western terminus of the proposed Springdale Northern Bypass, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.  The neighborhood meeting will focus on alignment revisions near the western terminus of the Springdale Northern Bypass, located west of Tontitown on Highway 412, and will present exhibits only for the project’s western segment (Segment A-B).

    The informal session will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Brush Creek Baptist Church, 1385 Brush Creek Road, in Springdale.

    This will be an “open house” meeting with no formal presentations.  The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view exhibits, ask questions, and offer comments regarding the proposed revisions to the western terminus area of the proposed bypass.
