AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN GRADY


LITTLE ROCK (9-21)     

      The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Grady to discuss plans for Highway 65, according to AHTD officials.

    The informal session will be held Thursday, September 30, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Grady Elementary School cafeteria, Highway 65 South, in Grady.

     Plans call for constructing 3.6 miles of Highway 65 as a four lane divided highway in the community of Grady including a possible bypass on new location.   

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
