AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN MAUMELLE


LITTLE ROCK (10-27)     

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Maumelle to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 100, according to AHTD officials.

    The informal session will be held Thursday, November 4, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Maumelle Parks & Recreation Department (Jess Odom Community Center) – South Room 1B, 1100 Edgewood Drive, in Maumelle.

     Plans call for constructing a railroad overpass on Highway 100, just south of the Highway 100/Highway 365 intersection.    

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
