AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN SILOAM SPRINGS LITTLE ROCK (11-5) The
Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public
Involvement Session in Siloam Springs to discuss plans for improvements to
Highway 43, according to AHTD officials.
The informal session will be held Monday, November 15, 2004, from 4:00
p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the New Life Tabernacle, 1611 Cheri Whitlock Street, in
Siloam Springs.
Plans call for widening a 2.5-mile stretch of Highway 43 to three lanes,
beginning at Highway 59 and extending westward.
The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view
displays, ask questions and offer comments.
