WHERE:                    The event will take place in front of the Cabot Chamber of Commerce offices located at 211 N. 2^nd in Cabot.

WHY:                          This even marks the beginning of construction for the Highway 89 relocation project. The project will provde .2 miles of new location between Highway 367 and North 5^th Street in downtown Cabot. Freshour Construction, of Cabot, is the contractor for the $690,000 job.
