LITTLE ROCK (1-12)

     The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Huntington to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 252, according to AHTD officials.

    The informal session will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2005, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church, 201 West Broadway, in Huntington.

     Plans call for replacing a bridge over Cherokee Creek in the city of Huntington.

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.  A new alignment for the Highway 252 bridge approaches will also be shown at the meeting.
