AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT SESSION IN ALPENA


LITTLE ROCK (2-18)     

    The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Session in Alpena to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 412, according to AHTD officials.

    The informal session will be held Thursday, March 3, 2005, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Alpena City Hall , 105 Highway 62 East, in Alpena.

     Plans call for adding approximately five miles of passing lanes to selected sections of Highway 412, between Alpena and Huntsville .

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
