Contractors working on the rehabilitation of Interstate 40 in North Little Rock will require nighttime road closures on Pike Avenue / Percy Machin Rd. in the vicinity of the Levy interchange for erection of structural steel on the I-40 eastbound Levy bridge.  A detour route will be in place during the road closure period beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17^th through 6:00 a.m. the following morning for four consecutive evenings through Friday, May 20^th, 2005.  No lane closures are expected on I-40 in relation to this bridge construction activity.  Work will be done as weather permits with possible inclement weather forcing the road closure schedule to be revised.
