AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING IN HINDSVILLE

LITTLE ROCK (6-10)     

           The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Location and Design Public Hearing in Hindsville to discuss plans for  improvements to Highway 412, according to AHTD officials.

            The informal session will be held Thursday, June 16, 2005, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hindsville Community Center and Fire Department at the intersection of Highway 295 Spur and Highway 412, in Hindsville.

Future plans call for widening Highway 412 to four lanes from the Washington County Line eastward to the Huntsville Bypass. 

The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
