AHTD TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING IN EUREKA SPRINGS

    LITTLE ROCK (7-23) 

     The Ark ansas St ate Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Meeting in Eureka Springs to discuss plans for maintenance repair work to repair a slide on existing Highway 62 west of Eureka Springs, according to AHTD officials.

     The meeting will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks-Conference Center, 207 West Van Buren, in Eureka Springs.

      The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to ask questions and offer comments.  For more information, contact the Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department’s District 9 Headquarters at 870-743-2100.
