LITTLE ROCK (9-11) 

     The Ark ansas St ate Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Meeting in Heber Springs to discuss plans for improvements to Highway 25B, according to AHTD officials.

     The meeting will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at First General Baptist Church , 110 North Second Street, in Heber Springs.

     Plans call for widening Highway 25B in Heber Springs to three lanes.  The project will extend from Highway 110 East northward to Sunny Meadow Road .
