LANE CLOSURE CONTINUES FOR INTERSTATE 440 IN LITTLE ROCK


    LITTLE ROCK (11-20) 

     A routine inspection of the elevated portion of Interstate 440 in Little Rock will require a lane closure beginning on Tuesday, November 27th, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

     Crews will be inspecting the elevated portion of Interstate 440 between the south terminal interchange with Interstate 30 and the Little Rock Airport beginning Tuesday, November 27th and continuing through Friday, November 30th.  Crews will be alternating between the eastbound and westbound lanes during the inspection and will be closing the outside lane, weather permitting.

     As always, motorists are urged to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
