LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULED FOR INTERSTATE 430 IN LITTLE ROCK

    LITTLE ROCK (12-7)

     Crews performing a routine inspection of the Interstate 430 Arkansas River Bridge in Little Rock will require a lane closure beginning on Wednesday, December 12th, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

     The northbound, outside lane will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 12th and from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday, December 13th.  After removal of the northbound lane closure, the southbound, outside lane will be closed Thursday, December 13th from noon until 3:00 p.m and Friday, December 14th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

     As always, motorists are urged to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
