LITTLE ROCK (5-2)  Contractors working for the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will require an overnight ramp closure on northbound Highway 67/167 at the McCain Blvd. Exit beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4 according to AHTD officials.

Weather permitting, Exit 1B, the McCain Blvd. West Exit, will close between 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4 and 6:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5 for paving work through the area. Exit 1A, McCain Blvd. East, will remain open.

Advance warning signs will be in place. Motorists should plan to use an alternate route. Alternate routes include using the northbound Highway 67/167 Exit 2 (Landers Road) to the Five Mile Creek turnaround, then proceed south on Warden Road to McCain; or use the Springhill Exit off of I-40 to McCain.
