Public Involvement Session to be held in Hensley


    LITTLE ROCK (5-17)  The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Public Involvement Meeting in Hensley to discuss plans for proposed improvements to Highway 167, according to AHTD officials.

     The meeting will be held Thursday, May 25, 2006, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Fellowship Church, 210 West Woodson Lateral, in Hensley.

     Plans call for widening Highway 167 to four lanes, extending from Interstate 530 southwestward to Highway 367. 

     The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
