INTERSTATE 40 LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULED AT CRYSTAL HILL

    LITTLE ROCK (4-4)

Crews working on the new Crystal Hill overpass project over I-40 in North Little Rock will close eastbound I-40 lanes for 15-minute intervals overnight next week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

Weather permitting, the intermittent closures will be for three consecutive nights beginning Tuesday, April 8. The closures will occur between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. as crews work to hang structural steel for the new overpass. The Crystal Hill exit ramp (Exit 148) will remain open to traffic.

As always, motorists are urged to exercise caution when approaching and traveling through highway work zones.
