Commission Meeting

May 23, 1997 -- In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Tuesday, May 27, 1997
9:00 a.m.

 

12:00 noon


Meeting with members of the Murphy Commission at the AHTD Central Office Auditorium.


Attending an appreciation luncheon for former Commission Chairman L. W. "Bill" Clark at Splash Restaurant, followed by a golf outing at the Country Club of Arkansas in Maumelle. Both events are sponsored by 3M Corp.
Wednesday, May 28, 1997
1:00 p.m.

Attending I-69 meeting at the Agricenter International, 777 Walnut Grove Road in Memphis.
Friday, May 30, 1997
9:00 a.m.

Attending annual Associated General Contractor’s of Arkansas Golf Tournament at the Harbor Oaks Golf Club in Pine Bluff.
