AHTD to Hold Meeting Concerning Railroad

Overpass in Southwest Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK (8-18) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the proposed construction of a railroad overpass near Baseline and Mann Roads in Little Rock, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

The session will be held Thursday, August 28, 1997, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Southwest Little Rock Recreation Center. The recreation center is located at 6401 Baseline Road in Little Rock.

The public is invited to visit the recreation center anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. Conceptual plans and aerial photographs will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
