AHTD to Hold Meeting in Clarksville

August 18, 1997 -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss proposed reconstruction of Poplar Street in Clarksville, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers. The project is located between Palmer Drive and Arkansas Highway 103.

The session will be held Thursday, September 4, 1997, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Chapel Church of God. The church is located at 1005 Poplar St. in Clarksville.

The public is invited to visit the church anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. Conceptual plans and aerial photographs will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
