AHTD to Hold Meeting in Stephens

September 19, 1997 -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss proposed relocation of the State Highway 57 railroad overpass in Stephens and the reconstruction of Sawmill road, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

The session will be held Tuesday, September 23, 1997, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Stephens City Hall located at 103 N. First Street in Stephens.

The public is invited to visit City Hall anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. Conceptual plans and aerial photographs will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
