Commission Meeting

September 23, 1997 --

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

September 23, 1997  
3:30 p.m.   Meeting with representatives of the Arkansas Good Roads/Transportation Council.
5:00 p.m.   Attending Appreciation Dinner hosted by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce at Foxwood Country Club in Jacksonville.
6:00 p.m.   Attending event hosted by Associated General Contractors, Arkansas Chapter, at Riverfront Hilton Inn, North Little Rock.
7:00 p.m.   Attending Ergon, Inc. Lion Oil Company Dinner at Sherwood Forest in Sherwood.
September 24, 1997    
10:30 a.m.   Opening bids on 33 road and bridge projects with an estimated cost $49 million.
