Commission Meeting

December 3, 1997 --

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Thursday, December 4, 1997

10:00 a.m.

Attending the District 6 Service Award Presentations Ceremony at the District 6 Headquarters, 8900 Mabelvale Pike in Little Rock.

1:30 p.m.

Attending the Central Office Service Awards and Retirement Presentations Ceremony at the AHTD Central Office Building Auditorium. Following the ceremony, the Commission will hold a business meeting in the 10th floor conference room.

11:30 a.m.

Attending the Associated General Contractors luncheon at the Riverfront Hilton in North Little Rock.

5:30 p.m.

Attending the Associated General Contractors function at the Riverfront Hilton in North Little Rock.
