Dale Loe promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer of Design

June 26, 1998 – Dale Loe, Division Head of the Bridge Division, is being promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer for Design at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department effective June 25.

Loe began his career with AHTD in 1956 as a Summer Engineering Intern. Upon completion of the program in 1960, he was assigned to the Bridge Division as an Engineering Technician. His entire career has been spent in the Bridge Division. He has served as Designer, Senior Designer and Section Head of Design. He assumed the duties of Division Head in 1993.

The Prescott native is a graduate civil engineer from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Loe and his wife Donna reside in Little Rock. They have one daughter, Julie Duncan who lives in Texas.
