Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Monday, August 10  
5:00 p.m.   Attending Appreciation Dinner sponsored by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce at the Jacksonville Community Center.
Tuesday, August 11    
10:30 a.m.   Opening bids on 40 road and bridge projects with estimated cost of $61.5 million.
1:30 p.m.   Meeting with Highway 100 delegation in the AHTD Central Office Auditorium.
2:00 p.m.   Hearing a request for authority to operate from Outdoor Adventure Tours, Inc. in the AHTD Central Office Auditorium.
