AHTD to Hold Meeting Near Tamo

ITTLE ROCK (9-10) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a public involvement session to discuss widening of U.S. Highway 65 near Tamo in Jefferson County, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers. The session will be held Tuesday, September 22, 1998, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Jerry’s Grocery located at 10323 Highway 65 South near Tamo. The meeting will be held in the Department’s Public Involvement Trailer.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed plans and answer questions.
