NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Monday, Nov. 16, 1998  
3:00 p.m.   Attending board meeting of the Arkansas Good Roads Transportation Council at the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives building located at the southwest corner of I-30 and Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock.
5:30 p.m.   Attending Fish Fry sponsored by the Arkansas Good Roads Transportation Council at the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Pavilion located at the southwest corner of I-30 and Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock.
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998    
10:30 a.m.   Opening bids on 28 road and bridge projects with estimated cost of $86.6 million.
