AHTD to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Arkansas Scenic Byway

LITTLE ROCK (12-4) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) and the Scenic 7 Partner’s Association will host a public hearing on Tuesday, December 15, beginning at 7:00 p.m., according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

The meeting will be held at Camden City Hall Council Chambers in Camden. City Hall is located at 206 Van Buren in Camden.

The public hearing is being held for the purpose of permitting all interested persons, agencies, and organizations the opportunity to express their views regarding the proposed designation of Highway 7, from Louisiana State Line to Arkadelphia, as an Arkansas Scenic Byway.

Individuals interested in this proposal are encouraged to attend this meeting and to provide written or oral comments. All interested persons will be heard at the public hearing.
