AHTD to Hold Meeting in Batesville


LITTLE ROCK (7-9) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the reconstruction of U.S. Highway 167, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers. The informal session will be held Tuesday, July 20, 1999, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Southside Middle School Cafeteria located at 70 Scott Dr. in Batesville.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. The project is located between County Road 6 and the Arkansas State Highway 14 Spur. Conceptual plans will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
